We hired Josh to install a new ac unit for our condo and highly recommend him for your construction needs. He was so easy to work with, communicated with our HOA to make sure they had all the info they needed, and made AC happen just in time for the warm weather. He also has been working on our neighbor’s condo, completely renovating it and I have to say it looks really nice and like quality work. Do yourself a favor and give procon a call, you’ll be super happy with the level of professionalism, quality work, and efficiency.

We had a pipe leak in a guest bathroom that required replacing the vanity, floor, drywall and wallpaper. I got three quotes on the job and Pro Con was by far the most reasonable and their reviews looked good so I called Josh. He came right away and got to work. In three days everything was complete (the other contractors gave estimates of two weeks!). His superior craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the job. We couldn’t be happier with the result and heartily recommend Pro Con for any construction project.

We recently decided to install an outdoor fireplace, where we needed a new gas line ran, and cement pad installed in our backyard. Joshua was was very professional, punctual, and hit his estimate. No surprises here! The job finished on time, and we couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend him to anybody in need a of contractor.

After getting seven estimates, Pro Con had the best price, by far! At first I was skeptical because the estimate was so good. 1. Showed up on time. 2. Protected my personal property and kept the dust out. 3. Very flexible and unbelievably courteous. 4. Kept a consistent standard of work. 5. Performed the work ahead of schedule. 6. I changed a few things a long the way without being charged extra. 7. They threw in additional work with no extra charge. 8. Honest and fair. Pro Con remodeled my bathroom and fireplace. These guys are great. They job they took on for me turned out to be a bit bigger than they expected, but they were professional and committed to a quality end product all the way. I’ve had so many contractors cut corners and do shoddy work unless you call them out on it. To have someone say “I’m going to need a little more time (Turned out to only be a few short days) because I refuse to give you anything but my best” was very refreshing. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

If you are looking for someone to help repair your patio deck, Josh at Pro Con Professional Construction is your guy! There were multiple areas throughout my deck with dry rot that needed to be replaced. The first contractor gave me a very expensive estimate and claimed the entire deck needed to be replaced. I contacted Pro Con for a second opinion and he was confident that it did not need to be replaced entirely, and gave me a very fair estimate to have the dry rot areas replaced, along with repainting entire deck. I was very pleased with the results and Josh and his workers got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you again Josh, I will definitely use you again for any deck repair needs.
